Delete your ecnow account

You can request deletion of your everyonesconnected account and associated data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the ecnow app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile and open account settings.
  3. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email tech@everyonesconnected.com from the email address on your account. Include your username and write "Delete my ecnow account" in the subject line.

What is deleted

We delete or de-identify your profile, account credentials, posts, Shouts, messages, uploaded media, follower relationships, and other content associated with your account, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, abuse reporting, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.
